Lemon Pudding



  1. Beat egg yolks - add sugar and grated rind and juice.
  2. Boil in double boiler until thick.
  3. Beat egg whites until very stiff and fold in slightly cooled yolk mix.
  4. Serve with whipped cream or other topping and a maraschino cherry if desired.
