Browned Gravy

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon beef drippings
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place four tablespoons of beef drippings in a pan, add the flour and allow to brown.
  2. Add the rest of the drippings, the water and the salt.
  3. Cook two minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
