Brown Sugar Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites, unbeaten
  • 6 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except vanilla in top of double boiler.
  2. Set over boiling water; beat constantly with a rotary beater for 7 to 10 minutes or until frosting holds its shape.
  3. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
