Broad Beans

Ingredients

  • broad beans
  • cold water
  • a little salt
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • melted butter, or gravy

Directions

  1. Shell, wash and drain broad beans.
  2. Throw into cold water with a little salt and a bunch of parsley.
  3. Boil until soft (20 to 30 minutes), then drain them.
  4. Serve either with melted butter or gravy.
