Bettina’s French Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Mix the lemon juice, salt, paprika and parsley.
  2. Add the oil slowly, beating vigorously with a dover egg-beater or a fork.
  3. Beat until the mixture becomes a little thick.
  4. Pour over the salad.
