Bettina's Celery and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked diced celery
  • 2/3 cup vegetable white sauce
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon fresh bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Add the sliced hard-cooked eggs and cooked celery to the white sauce.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a well-buttered baking dish.
  4. Cover with the crumbs which have been mixed with melted butter.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven until a delicate brown.
