Baked Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon soft bread crumbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Butter two individual moulds, and break an egg into each.
  2. Mix the salt and pepper in the milk, and pour half of the mixture over each egg.
  3. Melt the butter, and add the crumbs.
  4. Place the buttered crumbs on top of each egg.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven twenty minutes.
  6. Serve in the moulds.
