Asparagus on Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can asparagus, tips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable white sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 slices of toast

Directions

  1. Heat the asparagus tips in the liquid in the can.
  2. When hot, remove from can upon slices of toast, sprinkle salt and pepper over each portion.
  3. Pour one serving of white sauce over each portion.
