Apple And Peach Conserve

Ingredients

  • 2 cup apple, chopped
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 cup peaches, chopped
  • 2 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Use tart unpeeled apples and firm ripe peaches, cut into small pieces.
  2. Combine with lemon juke and sugar.
  3. Cook slowly until the apple is transparent (about 20 minutes).
  4. Pour into sterilized glasses, seal.
  5. Makes 7 - 6 oz, glasses.
