Yarnmouth Straws

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce pastry
  • 1/2 kipper, or bloater

Directions

  1. Make shortcrust pastry, but before adding liquid mix in 1/2 a kipper or bloater, uncooked but skinned and boned.
  2. Mix to a stiff dough with water, roll out, cut in strips, and bake in a hot oven 10-15 minutes.
