Veal Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon fat

Directions

  1. Trim and wipe chops one-half inch thick, which are cut from the thick part of the leg.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour.
  3. Put the fat (bacon fat or lard) in the pan, and when hot, add the chops.
  4. Brown both sides evenly and allow to cook ten minutes.
