Thousand Island Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon onion juice
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Directions
- Piace all the above ingredients in a pint fruit jar, fit a rubber on the jar cover, and shake vigorously until the dressing is well mixed and creamy.
- Pour over tomatoes, asparagus, peas, beans, spinach or lettuce.
- Serve as a salad.
