Sturgeon Loaf

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind sturgeon and onion six times.
  2. Add the unbeaten eggs.
  3. Then add the remaining ingredients alternately with the milk.
  4. Place in ungreased loaf pan.
  5. Bake in pan of water 400f for 50 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 350f and bake for 30 minutes longer.
  7. Serve either hot or cold.
