
Sturgeon Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 pound sturgeon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon potato flour
- 2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Grind sturgeon and onion six times.
- Add the unbeaten eggs.
- Then add the remaining ingredients alternately with the milk.
- Place in ungreased loaf pan.
- Bake in pan of water 400f for 50 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350f and bake for 30 minutes longer.
- Serve either hot or cold.
