Sturgeon Balls With Crab Supreme

Ingredients

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 small bottle of capers, (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chives or parsley
  • a little pimento
  • 14 sturgeon, balls
  • 7 ounce can crab, meat

Directions

  1. Make rich cream sauce with milk, capers and chives.
  2. Add 14 sturgeon balls and crabmeat.
  3. Heat slowly in casserole or double boller; garnish with parsley and pimiento when serving.
