
Smoked Sturgeon S'mors
Ingredients
- 1 pound lightly smoked sturgeon
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- pinch grated garlic
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 1 egg
Directions
- Take smoked sturgeon and put through food chopper to make ground sturgeon.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Shape into small balls and roll in flour and fry in shortening until golden brown.
- Add one cup water and cover and simmer for one hour.
- May be served hot or cold with toothpicks stuck into them for appetizers.
