Scalloped Fish

Ingredients

  • 6 pound canned salmon, or tuna
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice, or vinegar
  • 3/4 cup fat, (6 ounces)
  • 1 1/3 cup flour, (4 1/2 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/2 quart evaporated milk
  • 3 quart of liquid drained from fished and water

Directions

  1. Use recipe for creamed salmon or tuna.
  2. Pour into greased baking dishes, cover with buttered crumbs and brown in moderate oven (350f).
