
Scalloped Fish
Ingredients
- 6 pound canned salmon, or tuna
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, or vinegar
- 3/4 cup fat, (6 ounces)
- 1 1/3 cup flour, (4 1/2 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 quart evaporated milk
- 3 quart of liquid drained from fished and water
Directions
- Use recipe for creamed salmon or tuna.
- Pour into greased baking dishes, cover with buttered crumbs and brown in moderate oven (350f).
