Sauted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lard
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Peel cold boiled potatoes.
  2. Put two tablespoons of lard in the frying-pan.
  3. When hot, add the potatoes and season well with salt and pepper.
  4. Brown thoroughly on all sides.
  5. (They should cook about ten minutes.
