Salmon Timbales

Ingredients

  • 1 cup salmon, flaked
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 slightly beaten egg
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in order named.
  2. Fill small buttered moulds or cups one-half full.
  3. Set in a pan of hot water, and bake twenty minutes in a moderate oven.
  4. Serve with the egg sauce.
