Risotto Tartlets

Directions

  1. Roll out the pastry and line tartlet moulds with it.
  2. Sieve the cream cheese, season, and beat in the eggs by degrees.
  3. Cut the ham and salmon into shreds and mix in carefully.
  4. Fill the tartlet moulds with this mixture, cut the gruyere in thin slices and lay these over the top of the tartlets.
  5. Bake in a hot oven until golden-brown and crisp.
