
Risotto Tartlets
Ingredients
- 4 ounce pastry
- 1 1/2 ounce ham
- 5 ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/2 eggs
- 1 1/2 ounce smoked salmon
- 1 ounce Gruyere cheese
Directions
- Roll out the pastry and line tartlet moulds with it.
- Sieve the cream cheese, season, and beat in the eggs by degrees.
- Cut the ham and salmon into shreds and mix in carefully.
- Fill the tartlet moulds with this mixture, cut the gruyere in thin slices and lay these over the top of the tartlets.
- Bake in a hot oven until golden-brown and crisp.
