Directions

1. Melt butter over low heat.
2. Blend in flour and seasonings and cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Gradually stir in milk and cook until thickened.
5. Add parsley, then carefully stir in eggs.
