Pumpkin Pie II
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rich milk
- 3 tablespoon syrup
Directions
- Beat the eggs.
- Add pumpkin, sugar, salt, spice, and milk.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Reduce to 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
- Serve with whipped cream.
