Potato Pie

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into small pieces, or mince it, sprinkle with the seasoning and put in a pie-dish, add the water or gravy.
  2. Melt the dripping, add to it the mashed potatoes, pepper and salt, stir well and spread over the meat to form a crust.
  3. Smooth neatly with a knife dipped in hot water, and mark with a fork.
  4. Bake in a hot oven about 3/4 hour.
