Potato Biscuit

Ingredients

  • 2 cup hot mashed potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter, or other shortening
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 2 cup sour milk
  • 3 cup rye flour
  • 2 cup white flour, or enough to make a soft dough

Directions

  1. Cut out; let stand 1 hour; bake about 15 minutes.
