Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Have the tenderloin cut in two-inch pieces and flattened.
  2. Place these in a small baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and paprika and add the water.
  4. Cover, and cook in a moderate oven for thirty-five minutes.
  5. Turn and baste frequently.
  6. When done, place on a heated platter, pour the parsley and lemon juice over the top and serve immediately.
