Pop Overs

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix flour and milk; add the eggs, beating yolks and whites separately; add baking powder just before placing in the oven.
  2. Butter deep gem pans or cups and place in the bottom of the oven.
  3. When nearly done put in the top part of the oven until brown.
  4. To be eaten with custard or cornstarch made thin, using eggs.
