Pigs in Blankets

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oysters
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 slices thin bacon
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Remove the rind from long, thin slices of bacon.
  2. Place two or more oysters upon each slice of bacon.
  3. Sprinkle the oysters with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll up and tie with a white string.
  5. Sauté in a hot frying-pan until nicely browned.
  6. Garnish with parsley.
