Pepper Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon grated cheese

Directions

  1. Chop pepper finely.
  2. Cook pepper, butter, catsup and cheese for three minutes.
  3. Beat eggs and milk together.
  4. Add this to mixture and cook, stirring until thick.
  5. Serve on toast.
