Parsley Beets

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole beets
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoon chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Drain the beets.
  2. Heat in the butter.
  3. Season.
  4. Turn into serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
