Orange Tapioca

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon powdered tapioca
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 orange

Directions

  1. Stir the tapioca into the orange and lemon juice.
  2. Add the sugar and salt.
  3. Let it stand for three minutes while boiling the water.
  4. Add the water.
  5. Place directly over the fire.
  6. Stir constantly and cook till thick (about three minutes).
  7. Peel the orange and break apart in sections.
  8. Line a glass serving dish with it and pour the tapioca over the sections.
  9. Serve cold with whipped cream.
