Moineaux sans Tete

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut thin slices of round steak into pieces about 6 inches square.
  2. Chop onion and parsley very fine.
  3. Cut bacon into very small dice.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Put a spoonful of this on each slice of steak.
  6. Roll together and tie with thread.
  7. Brown these on both sides first, then let simmer on a slow fire for one hour.
