Mixed Fruit Preserves

Ingredients

  • 3 cup sour cherries
  • 2 cup red raspberries
  • 3 cup fresh apricots
  • 7 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Wash and seed cherries.
  2. Drop the apricots into boiling water for a few seconds, remove skins and seeds.
  3. Cut into quarters.
  4. Wash the berries.
  5. Mix the fruit and sugar together and cook quickly, until fruits are clear and tender.
  6. Seal in hot jars.
