
Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 pound round steak
- 1/2 pound salt pork
- 1 cup crackers
- 1 egg
- walnut size ball of butter
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Chop steak and pork fine.
- Bake in a long tin about i hour.
