Livance z Podmasli (Buttermilk Pancakes)
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda, mixed in
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cup flour
Directions
- Beat the eggs and add the other ingredients.
- Then add enough flour to make a thin batter.
- Fry on a greased griddle or frying pan.
