Lima Bean-Tomato Casserole
Ingredients
- 5 -6 cup cooked lima beans
- 2 cup thin white sauce
- 1 cup finely grated cheese
- tomatoes
Directions
- Combine lima beans with white sauce and cheese.
- Pour into baking dish and place quartered tomatoes cut side down on bean mixture, bake in moderate oven (350f) 20 to 30 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
