Lima Bean-Tomato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 -6 cup cooked lima beans
  • 2 cup thin white sauce
  • 1 cup finely grated cheese
  • tomatoes

Directions

  1. Combine lima beans with white sauce and cheese.
  2. Pour into baking dish and place quartered tomatoes cut side down on bean mixture, bake in moderate oven (350f) 20 to 30 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
