Lemon Sherbet
Ingredients
- 4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Boil sugar and water ten minutes.
- Cool, add lemon juice and strain.
- Freeze, and when nearly stiff, add beaten egg white and finish freezing.
