Lancaster County Baked Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried corn, (ground in food chopper)
  • 2 cup hot milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • salt, to taste

Directions

  1. To corn, pour on hot milk and let stand about an hour, then add beaten eggs, 1 cup milk, butter, sugar and salt to taste.
  2. Bake 1/2 hour in oven of 350 to 360 degrees.
