Indian Croutes
Ingredients
- 2 ounce smoked cooked haddock, and lobster
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 ounce margarine
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 1 tomato
- 6 rounds of buttered toast
- chopped parsley
Directions
- Chop the haddock and shallot.
- Melt the fat in a pan, fry the shallot and add the curry powder and seasoning.
- Stir over the heat for a few seconds, and add the haddock.
- Mix well, and stir in the cream.
- Place a slice of tomato on each piece of toast, pile the mixture on top, put in the oven to make really hot, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
