Hot Milk Butter Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla and beat until thick.
- Add sifted dry ingredients.
- Heat milk and butter to boiling point, add to above mixture.
- Bake in a greased pan, 8 x 8 inches, in a 350f oven 30-40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and frost.
