Hashed Brown Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 cup chopped potatoes
  • a pinch pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon fat
  • parsley

Directions

  1. Put fat in frying-pan, when very hot, add the potatoes, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook three minutes, allowing to cook without stirring for two minutes.
  3. Fold as an omelet and turn onto a hot platter.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
