Hard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 /3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
Directions
- Cream the butter, add water and gradually add the sugar.
- Continue mixing until very creamy.
- Add the vanilla and lemon extract.
- Chill and serve over the hot pudding.
