Gruyere Tasties
Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gruyere cheese
- brown bread
- butter
- 1 tomato
- parsley
Directions
- Cut the gruyere cheese into thin slices and stamp into rounds, skin the tomato and slice thinly; cut the bread and butter into rounds.
- Arrange a round of tomato on each piece of bread, and then put a round of cheese on top.
- Decorate with a small piece of parsley.
