Directions

  1. Cut the gruyere cheese into thin slices and stamp into rounds, skin the tomato and slice thinly; cut the bread and butter into rounds.
  2. Arrange a round of tomato on each piece of bread, and then put a round of cheese on top.
  3. Decorate with a small piece of parsley.
