Graham Cracker Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 pound graham crackers, rolled fine

Directions

  1. Cream the butter, add the sugar and heat.
  2. Add all the dry ingredients mixed together alternately with the milk.
  3. Beat two minutes.
  4. Add the vanilla and the egg-whites, stiffly beaten.
  5. Bake in square tin pans for twenty-five minutes in a moderate oven.
