Fruit Whip

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, (if needed)
  • 1 cup fruit, pulp (crushed berries. peaches. applesauce, prune, or apricot pulp)

Directions

  1. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  2. Add sugar gradually while beating.
  3. Fold in pulp.
  4. Pile in sherbet glasses; chill.
