Fruit Kuchen - Custard

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • dash salt

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs well, gradually adding the sugar, then salt and half and half.
  2. Pour it over the fruit.
