Fruit Kuchen - Crust
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- milk
Directions
- Cream the shortening and sugar well; add one egg yolk.
- Add the flour and moisten with milk until it is of pie crust consistency.
- Roll out and line a 9 x 13" cake pan.
