
French Banana Salad
Ingredients
- 6 bananas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 head lettuce
Directions
- Arrange lettuce on plates.
- Cut bananas in half, lengthwise.
- Loosen the peeling but do not remove.
- Place bananas on plate and cover with mayonnaise.
- Over this sprinkle generously with chopped peanuts.
- Serve cold.
