French Banana Salad



  1. Arrange lettuce on plates.
  2. Cut bananas in half, lengthwise.
  3. Loosen the peeling but do not remove.
  4. Place bananas on plate and cover with mayonnaise.
  5. Over this sprinkle generously with chopped peanuts.
  6. Serve cold.
