Foamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, or 1 tsp lemon extract

Directions

  1. Beat the egg vigorously.
  2. Add the sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the hot water and stir vigorously.
  4. Add the lemon juice.
  5. Serve this sauce may be reheated if desired.
