Flatbrød (Flat Bread)
Ingredients
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup graham flour
- 2 cup scalded milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon shortening
Directions
- Add shortening and salt to the scalded milk
- Pour over corn meal
- Add flour, mix well
- Roll our very thin, bake on hot lefse plate
- Put in 225 degree oven to dry out
